  I was very impressed by Moxie's customer service when we went for a friend's birthday dinner! I have Celiac Disease, so called ahead to ask if there were any gluten-free options for me to enjoy (they have a "gluten-conscious" menu that states at the top it is only for life-style choices and not for allergies). The gentleman who answered the phone was very pleasant and seemed to know exactly what I was needing and indicated that I should notify my server when I got to the restaurant, as they treat clients with Celiac the same as those who have severe nut or shellfish allergies, alerting management as well as the chef preparing the food. Once we got there, our server seemed well-trained and well-versed in what gluten-free options there were available and even recommended her favourites. I was also impressed that a manager was brought to our table on more than one occasion when our party had questions about menus and when an unfortunate incident meant that one of our friends was left waiting for his meal for an unreasonable amount of time. None of these "problems" were a big deal to our group, but to me the level of customer service that was brought forth to address these issues was top notch and much appreciated. Would recommend and I am very happy to report I was able to find a delicious gluten-free meal!

  We had our work Christmas party here, the food was so good, and the service was amazing as well. I was very impressed with the details of the plate presentation. The server, she was so helpful. It was a very busy place that night and she took the time to listen to each of our requests. I really appreciate that as its not always easy when you have special dietary needs.

  I enjoyed Moxi's in other cities but this one has a different feel to it. Ideal for outgoing people, couples meeting friends, and probably first dates or for singles. Lacking privacy and patio wasn't up to par. Good food selection.

  I had the Margarita pizza. Two minutes less in the oven would had delivered the perfect pizza. Everyone in my family loved whatever they ordered. We were a large family of nine. Five were my young grandchildren. We all felt cared for from beginning to end.

  Was in the private upper room for a birthday party. Food was decent, but the serving staff was excellent. Made knowledgable and exciting drink recommendations, and seemed to be everywhere at once. I had a great time.
