  Not cheap at all, quite the opposite of cheap to be honest but worth every cent spent. If you love a good steak, with a nice selection of vine, this is without any doubt the place to go.

  I went to The Keg on November 23rd for my birthday with my fiancée, and it was a wonderful experience! We were seated at an upstairs booth overlooking Victoria Harbour. Our server was Eric, and he did a fantastic job at making sure we felt taken care of. Our water was topped up regularly, and he came by to check up on us in perfect intervals - the best part - we never felt rushed! His wine recommendation was spot on, and exactly what we were looking for. The food was very delicious, as it always is at The Keg. We had the Mushrooms Neptune, the Heirloom Tomato + Burrata salad and for the mains, we had the Pistachio Crusted Salmon and the Pan-Seared Arctic Char. They even offered dessert on the house, which was a stunning Cheesecake. I totally recommend The Keg on Fort Street for a casual, yet fine dining experience.

  The Keg is renowned for its food and this one doesn't fail. Great service and a pleasant atmosphere made for a great Sunday night. Of course, the view over the inner harbour didn't hurt. The only thing that may have detracted from the evening was the lighting was too low, even for this time of year. It made reading the menu a little difficult but did not affect the evening overall. I would gladly go back.

  I prefer the seats upstairs, the ones with the ocean view. Also whatever you do, don't get the fries. Everything else is amazing, including the service but the fries are the McDonalds kind.

  Steak was cold tries to give us out main meal when we just started our appy. Manager came out and said we would get re-cooked meals because they were at fault but as i said steak was cold and potato was as well so there is no way it just came off the grill. Won't be going to fort street ever again. Ps it was my Wife's Birthday.

  The Keg is famous for their excellent steaks. These guys do it right. I would not call it an inexpensive meal, however, that is to be expected and it is worth every penny. The appetizers are not the most healthy, but they are very tasty. This location only offer street parking. It actually has a full upstairs, downstairs (which is the main floor), and a downstairs.
