  Service is great. No pressure. Wanted to make sure I got the bike I'd be happy with. Derek ordered one in for me He is such a nice young man Was so helpful setting my phone up etc.

  I would strongly recommend checking these guys out - at the very least to take an ebike for a test ride - you won't regret it!

  I just bought my first electric bike from Paul at Go Time and had a great experience. Took the bike for a test ride before purchasing and Paul set me up with all the appropriate accessories needed for my commute. He let me know the pros and cons of a few models to help with my decision. I highly recommend Go Time Electric bikes to any first time buyer. Very helpful!

  Unfortunately, once you buy the product there is no further customer service. I started having major issues with the bike just a few months after purchase. Took it back thinking most of the issues would be covered under warranty (as they were not due to normal wear and tear) but Paul made an excuse for every issue. Even though there was a 6 month warranty on the bike he refused to have it sent back to the company for inspection saying that they weren’t a good brand and that Go Time had stopped selling that model because of it. No help was offered to repair the bike, not even an apology for selling a sub-par product. Will not return and have since bought a new electric bike elsewhere with much better follow up service.

  Just bought my new Stromer St2 and couldn't be happier! Getting this bike has literally changed my life. I am riding EVERYWHERE now. I feel like I'm this 10 year kid again - I wake up every morning excited to ride my bike to work!...

  Derek and Paul went the extra mile in making sure I received the product and service I needed. They are very knowledgable and low pressure in their approach - which I really appreciated. They were very good AND patient in educating me on the pros and cons of different kinds of electric bikes. In the end I really feel like I made the right decision.

  I purchased my e bike from the old Go Time in 2015, from their old location and Paul sold me on the Motorino (one of his best sellers, along with a few other lies). He seemed trustworthy and knowledgable on his product, I was happy with my purchase and referred Go Time to everyone. I emailed them with my problem Sat Sept 16/17, then called to troubleshoot my options. I talked to Derek, he said he's never seen my bike before and referred me to the manufacture in Vancouver. I asked if I could speak to an owner, Derek tells me there are no owners and it was purchased by a corporation. He then tells me they have no affiliation with the old Go Time and didn't keep any records, so I am left to figure it out by myself or take it to Vancouver. I found Paul on the Go Time Facebook page (this year) and then I called back Monday, the new guy told me about the corp that owns it witch sounds like the same people still. I asked when Paul would be in and he said today sometimes, he said he's one of the owners. I don't know what's going on with all this and there web site says they opened in 2011,but they have lost my trust. "Kgeez Cycle" seems to want to help me and they have great customer service.

  highly recommend this store. I have a bike that was exactly what I was looking for - had been to every other bike shop in town - price also better ! I'm now a happy 67 year old bike rider ! Thanks so much.

  Derrick helped me pick out my new Evo ebike with the shimamo step system. He was very knowledgeable about the product and even went as far as to order one in specificly for me! Great guys selling great products, definitely recommend!
