  While there I talked to one of the employees about a new bike, and he was very helpful and informative about various hybrid models and proper fitment/selection for my anticipated use. Being out of the bike world for quite some time, it was great to have such helpful advice and even be able to take a bike on a test ride. Seeing the responses to other reviews here and their willingness to help, I think I'll be going back to make my purchase once my budget allows :)

  Brought my kid's rear wheel in for advice/service a month or so ago, as it seemed the bearings were gone in the cassette. Turns out it just needed tightening, which they did right there on the spot. Advised me that it might last for a while, but to watch the wear on it and possibly be prepared for replacement depending on how much use it gets.

  Update: I finally purchased a bike - all the staff have been very helpful and informative, and I'm quite happy with my purchase and accessories. Quite like the service plans they offer as well. Highly recommended, they have reasonable policies and no high-pressure sales tactics, and seem committed to providing the right solution for you - a pleasant experience!

  EXCELLEN BIKE SHOP - I can't recommend this shop enough. I've bought several bikes from this shop. This shop has an extremely high standard for quality and customer service, as I've learned though dealing with them on some issues. They are easy to reach for questions (text, email, phone, in person) and genuinely respond to concerns.
