  Replaced my bike tube in 15 mins (I came in 10 mins before close on a holiday) and sprayed the chain all for $13 after tax. I wouldn't have been able to ride home across to Esquimalt without it!

  A little over a year ago I brought my bike in with a problem in my rear cassette. Other bike shops were not terribly helpful, insisting it would take weeks to order a spring from Campagnolo. The owner at Pitstop being a great mechanic put his mind to fixing the component and actually dismantled a new Fulcrum wheel he had for sale to get the part I needed. I was in and out in about an hour, so I was amazed. He told me he could wait for the spring, but I obviously needed my wheels. He charged a very very reasonable sum and solved my problem, thereby winning me over. This is a class shop run by people who care a lot about bikes and their customers. If I could give them 7 stars I would.

  Great experience. The owner was knowledgeable and friendly with fair prices and quick service. I went to a bike shop in Fairfield last year for a tune up and the work was horrible. PitStop did an excellent job.

  Great service on a tuneup for a very fair price. The mechanic was friendly, helpful, and seemed pumped to be working on the bike. Work was done quickly too.

  Brought my less than perfect bike in that I got second hand after being in an accident. It has a fair amount of surface rust, old worn down parts, damaged parts, and loose bits. got it back a few days later and I've never seen it this good, everything is clean and shiny, new parts and way way less rust. It's like a brand new bike! Awesome service and quality!
