  Thanks Michael R for your amazing service on Saturday, May 6th. I visited the Russ Hayes bike store because my battery was stuck in its connection and I needed to remove it for charging to get back to Pender Island. Michael not only greeted me as soon as I came into the store but quickly went into problem solving mode to release my battery. The battery was indeed stuck so Michael did some research on the web about my specific battery, watched a short video to determine its release and then discussed the battery with other colleagues who were completing bike tune ups. With some prying and the right lubricant, Michael was able to safely release my battery and then another helpful technician applied the right type of lubricant on the slider and the key lock to bring it back to its original ease of use. My next visit to Russ Hayes will be for a bike tune up next week. There's no doubt, that you are in good hands with the expertise, caring and friendly service from the Russ Hayes team. Thanks again Michael!

  Shopped around locally, and purchased a bike for my wife at Russ Hay's. They really spent the time to find something that fit her properly and found something that worked perfectly. Fantastic help from Aaron, and we'll be coming back for our next bike. Also used the shop a few years back for some service and small items and have always had friendly professional service.

  Great bike shop with 5 star service! They went totally above and beyond my expectations on a recent warranty issue. Would recommend this shop to anyone.
