  After riding onward for a few minutes I felt sorry for the man because the shop appears not to have been in business very long. So, I turned back and went in again. "May I explain why I walked out?" "No. You wanted me to interrupt my conversation with another customer." "May I suggest something?"   At this point I walked out again. I will give the shop a "one" instead of "zero" because unlike any other bicycle place I have visited it was clean, quiet and empty.

  Decided to rent bikes from Troy when I contracted him back in January, we were planning a Gulf Islands bike tour and stay in Sidney. Troy delivered our bikes. Two ebike for the Ladies and hybrids for Murray and me. After Two days of riding these we changed to trek road bikes, what fabulous service Troy and his staff did for us.   Great location from a biking perspective, beautiful ride on the galloping goose to go to this store. Staff are well-knowledgeable, very kind and polite.

  Such a great place to rent bikes! Staff are very friendly and helpful, bikes are in great condition and there is a great cafe you can eat at next door. Amazing experience. Thank you!

  The proprietor, who was talking to the only other person present, subtly turned his back on me as I came in. I waited 12 - 15 seconds for some other acknowledgment of my presence, like "I'll be with you in a minute" or perhaps a smile or nod. Nothing. Not wishing to wait indefinitely and feeling myself get angry, I walked out.

  Great bike and bike rentals on the Galloping Goose Rail Trail next to a coffee shop and bakery. Yup. All the bases covered. Even beer next door.
