  The staff at OBB westshore are fantastic. No pressure applied, super helpful with everything. Service department is quick and does great work. Won't use any other shop in town (aside from other OBB locations.

  I have always enjoyed dealing with Chris. However, having now dealt with Todd, these two have not only re-affirmed my preference for the brick and mortar but have gained a customer for life.

  We went in for some bike repairs and one mountain bike rental. Peter and staff were aaammmmazing and super knowledgeable. They took the time to make sure we had all the right parts for the bike repair for a safe and fun mountain bike ride. They helped us as soon as we walked in, no waiting whatsoever. This is also the second time I’ve rented a bike from them for some serious mountain biking, and they don’t mess around. Their rentals are top quality, current models, and are maintained to point of being new! This is my go-to place for any biking needs or questions. Keep up the fantastic work you guys!!

  Today I had a service issue. I won't go into details but needless to say, Chris, the manager, was incredibly helpful and receptive and Todd, the service tech, was very thorough and was able to solve the issue beyond my expectations.

  Went there for the first time since moving out to Langford about 8 years ago. I'm more of a used bike kinda guy. Went in for a part that broke on my chariot, they hooked me up with an extra one they had in the back no strings attached, and then after walking around we decided to buy a used bike for our 4 year old. Great deal, but then we also learned they had a trade in program where you get 50% off the next bigger bike when it was time to upgrade. Very impressed.

  Needed a wheelset for my winter bike but didn’t want to spend a whole lot of money. Chris took the time and went looking in the back and found a new wheelset which had been swapped out from another bike sale. Then he went through the effort of try out an 11speed cassette to make sure it worked. In addition, last week I needed some minor parts (cable caps), and they handed me a small bag of them and didn’t charge me. Just exceptional service!
