  Loved this bookstores. The 3 levels were great to meander around it. The sales during boxing week were great! I ended up ordering more books when I got home.

  It's like visiting a library but more fun. Chapters has 3 levels all offering more than just books. I find myself wandering around aimlessly, checking out everything from art to games. A fantastic store for the inquisitive mind.

  Super busy through the holiday season. You will find any book or magazine you can think of. Lots of gift items available. Good place to sit back and relax and review what book you would like to buy. I also buy my greeting cards at Chapters. The staff is very helpful. Always clean and it is modern looking in the store. Centrally located in downtown Victoria.

  The lines are long but the workers are knowledgeable and happy to help. They often have good sales and if you plan to shop there often, grab a rewards card. The Starbucks upstairs is cosy but come early if you plan to stay a while.

  Love this place! Has that nice bookstore vibe with a Starbucks upstairs looking out on the downtown streets. Very easy to find items with computers all around the place.
