  The girl was counting receipts it looked like so I waited to see if she was available to take my order, she looked at me and said nothing. I then continued to wait, still nothing and she looked at me again (almost as she was annoyed with my presence) so I apologized to her as I was not wanting to bother her if she was doing something important. She said to me "what do you want", in the rudest tone. I went to speak and then she cut me off asking what size I wanted (rude tone continuing on her part) I was shocked but then finished my order, I was smiling and trying to be positive and at this point I was not pleased. As I went to pay I obviously did NOT tip as I only tip if the customer service pleased me.

  The Parsonage has some of the best food and coffee in Victoria - a really great place to stop for breakfast/lunch. Their breakfast bagels are so good (SOOOOOO GOOD!!!) and the baked good are always fresh and yummy. Highly skilled baristas and fantastic coffee. One of the best spots in North Park Village.

  This place does not even deserve a 1 star review. I have been here twice now and both those times were not enjoyable for me. I'm surprised they have so many good reviews, but for me one or two bad customer service experiences throws my interest out the window.

  They have amazing coffee and delicious food! Great location. If you go when it’s busy the wait isn’t bad. They are fast and efficient.

  Crumbs and coasters is my favorite place for example, they greet me the second I walk in the door, always the kindest people there and make me feel like a valued customer.

  To say the least I will not be coming back to this place ever again, I think they need better workers with better customer service and should be welcoming when you walk in the door. I understand it gets busy at times or if your having a bad day, but don't put that stress on customers it only pushes people away and gives them terrible experiences.

  Coffee and breakfast bagels are great. Can take ages for the staff to pour you a coffee... A "large" is over 3 bucks. Great coffee but will cost you time and money. Been going here for years tho.

  First time I went, I decided to check it out as it is very close to my work. When I walked in the door it was not very busy and looked quite cute inside, I was excited to try it out. As I got to the counter the customer service was TERRIBLE! I have worked in customer service my whole life and never have been treated so rudely.
