  Very dissatisfied with this company and their sales department. I was contacted by phone by an employee who wanted to buy my vehicle and had seen my advertisement in usedvictoria (a local website for selling items). Unfortunately this was just a way to get me down to the business in order to "bait and switch". He got me there under false pretenses by stating he wanted to purchase my vehicle and would be able to pay me by cheque that day. When I got there it was entirely about making me trade in for a more expensive item. He had no intention of buying my vehicle but instead wanted me to trade it in for something. He kept pushing me to test drive vehicles, the staff there were aggressive and when they realized I wasn't going to be wowed by anything they had as I do not have any way to afford another car loan, they dropped me like a hot potato. It was extremely frusterating to have my time wasted and to have a company call me and say they wanted to purchase something only to have them try and sales talk me. I really expected better from a legitimate business and am extremely taken aback by this method. It is deciteful and dishonest and should be tolerated.

  Great experience buying my 2017 Wrangler Unlimited Sahara during Jeep Tag Days from the team at Harris Victoria! Wes Harrison went to bat for me when it was time to talk numbers and we landed on a fair deal with his management team. Shout outs to Ashafu who instantly made friends with my kids, Kim and Allison in the finance department and Chad from Chrysler — Thanks all — We are very satisfied customers and happy to be Jeep owners again for good.

  Took my car in today for a semi-annual Peace of Mind inspection which was very reasonably priced by the way. The experience was quick and very efficient. Upon inspecting it was found that a few repairs had to be done. Phil Poon took the time to call us and ask us if we wanted it done right there on the spot. We decided to get some things done and others not. I felt no pressure from him to get what we did not want done right away done, which I really appreciated. He was honest about everything and when we came back to pick up our car, it had even been cleaned for us! We were extremely happy with Phil's friendly and efficient service and would reccomend him and the service department at Harris Jeep anytime! Thank you!

  BEWARE!! I bought a a groupon for an oil change, brake check and tire rotation. When I picked up my truck,I was told my tires were rotated and brakes looked fine. About a week later I got a flat tire, and when I went to put on the spare I noticed that one of the lug nuts had been cross threaded on fully by the impact gun,and I could barely get it off. I called Harris Chrysler dodge Jeep and told them that they had cross threaded my lug nut and that I could not get it back on. After telling them I had been there a week earlier for tire rotation and oil change they told me I could bring it in the following day.. I brought my truck in at 10:30 am the next morning and went about my day.. at 3:30pm I got a call from Harris Chrysler dodge Jeep telling me that they had talked to their mechanic who had done the job, and that “he did remembered my truck and did not do the tire rotation and did a visual inspection of my breaks”. I was then told that to change out the bolt would take 4 hours and over $400. When I got there, I told them that I paid for a tire rotation and that I was told it was done along with the oil and breaks. They then brought out a mechanic who wasn’t even the mechanic who did the work on my truck ,who was visibly uncomfortable trying to tell me that I had paid for all of this but only the oil change was done, and that the other mechanic didn’t do the tire rotation.. they told me that the manager would call the next morning to straighten it all out, but that phone call never came. I’m disgusted by the treatment I received and will never be back. I would and will discourage anybody from getting any sort of work done here. I will be going to the better business bureau to file a complaint. $54 groupon just cost me well over $400 thanks to Harris Chrysler dodge Jeep Victoria.
