  My fiance and I went into Jenner after my SUV finally kicked the bucket. We had a pretty good idea of what we wanted. Our salesperson, Ali came over and offered his assistance right away. I was impressed by his willingness to hear out our requests and show us what we were looking for without putting undue pressure or trying to upsell. When we showed interest in the upgraded model he was very honest and compared both vehicles side by side to show the exact differences. We came in with a quote from a different dealership and Ali was somehow able to improve upon this offering a better discount and interest rate. This was of course not necessary but very much appreciated by us and certainly helped lock the sale. He ensured that the rest of the process was smooth and that we were looked after, even staying after the dealership closed to make sure we were happy and understood all the features of our new SUV. He was so friendly and considerate and funny. Everyone was awesome but Ali really made an impact and made the process even better. Highly highly recommended.

  Received excellent customer service from Willi at the service shop. I recently found out that my vehicle had a wicked oil leak and Willi helped me sort everything out. He was very honest and his communication about all of the maintenance that needed to be done to my vehicle made me feel as ease. I feel releif in knowing that my family vehicle will be left in the good hands of the Jenner Chevrolet team each time it is in need of servicing. The waiting area is comfortable with the coffee machine, I pads and comfortable seating & the Jenner Chevrolet service area gave me reasonable time frames each time (twice this month) for when my vehicle would be ready.

  They could have and should have done a little detailing for that money but the car was messy and the service was all but invisible performance-wise!

  Recently my truck required warranty service, when I called the Jenner Service Department the consultant who answered the call was polite and thorough, after she had recorded the particulars and made sure I was fine with the time and an appointment was set up. I arrived and Willi B. greeted me and confirmed all of the particulars, he arranged transportation back home. He called and kept me up to date, explaining exactly what needed to be done and when the work would be complete. Whether it was a general service, warranty work or simply a question about the car, Jenner Service has been excellent when taking care of my GM vehicles, completing the work on time, done right with minimum interruption to my schedule. We all know things can break, but it is comforting to know that you have somewhere to take your vehicle for quality servicing in or out of warranty, IMHO an easy recommendation to make.

  Just got raped by the maintenance department and their bogus maintenance agreement. $500 for absolutely nothing, I would not be in the least bit surprised if they just parked the damn thing in their garage and went for lunch!

  We were recommended to go to Jenner by a friend and he said the drive would be worth it so I brought my Hummer out to Jenner. I found they are just nicer, a better feel. After a number of years I wanted a new truck and went to Jenner to see if they would give me anything for my used Hummer; they offered me a decent trade in and found me the exact truck i wanted under budget. The sales staff were inviting, informative and professional. I would recommend anyone looking for a nice place to buy a vehicle, Jenner is the place.
