  I just bought a 2018 Forester, and I love it! I highly recommend John Burns; he is knowledgeable, friendly and genuine. I never felt pressured into buying something I didn’t want; he understood I was there to buy what I wanted, not have someone sell me something I didn’t want. The customer service and problem solving I experienced with both John Burns and Steven Pohl were excellent.   Had a fantastic experience with Jim Pattisons Subaru! I have a older Suzuki vehicle that needed work done on it and no mechanic or shop would take my vehicle except for Subaru and they did a great job. They had awesome customer service and did a very quick job fixing my car when no one else would. I would go back to them in a heart beat for any future service needed on my car!

  We were especially impressed with the service that we received after the sale, when our regular mechanic discovered an issue that would not have been picked-up during the dealership's regular 144-point inspection. We called the dealership, expecting that they would tell us that the issue would be our problem. They asked us to bring the vehicle in so that the service department could take a look. We were so pleased that they acknowledged the problem and then went far above and beyond our expectations in making everything right.
