  After having my car for about a week, my rear driver's side tire was flat from an unknown road hazard. I called my original salesman Lee. He was extremely patient during my panicked moment and directed me to the free roadside assistance included in my lease. They came within the hour and changed my tire. After only one business day I was able to visit the Toyota service centre where I spoke with Nathan who was a pleasure to deal with as well. They replaced the tire at no charge and I was blown away by this amazing customer service! A big thank you to Lee, Giles, Serge and Nathan for all the help with the original purchase and continued exceptional service.

  Lee Henwood is the best salesman I ever encountered. My partner is a kind of customer that get so nervous around car salespeople. His personality somehow calm my partner's anxiety about buying a new car. He is also very knowledgeable and techno savvy about the car he was selling to us. After the sale, he was extremely helpful in teaching us how to navigate the latest technology that is included in our new car. Look for him when it's time for you to buy a new car. He is the kind of guy that will make you feel at ease.

  My dad and I came to this dealership with hopes of trading our older car for a newer model. My dad is pretty hard nosed when it comes to getting new cars but Marc Castro was extremely helpful by answering our questions and with getting us a deal that best suited my dad. He was super friendly and straightforward. We left with a new Corolla that we are very pleased with. I’ve have received nothing but a warm reception when I go to this dealership!! Thanks Marc!!!

  I had shopped around at a few locations in town and received decent service but it was nothing compared to the level of professionalism and courtesy I enjoyed from Lee Henwood at Jim Pattison. He was extremely low pressure and honest throughout the process and made sure he left no stone unturned when it came to our needs. He even brought my car in from another dealership to allow for the color we wanted! I highly recommend purchasing your car through Lee!

  After seeing the exact used vehicle, which I had been looking for, on the Jim Pattison Toyota Victoria website, I was a little concerned that it might slip away from me as I am on the Lower Mainland and would have to make the trip to Victoria to view the vehicle. I spoke with Jesse Miller and he took the time to personally look over the vehicle in detail to ensure that it had the options and was in the condition which I was looking for. He was also able to arrange holding the vehicle for me until I could get to the Island later in the week. Nick Fiduk took the time to take some extra photos to ensure that I would not be disappointed after making the trip to see the vehicle in person. When we arrived, Jesse was waiting to assist us with the purchase. He was patient and answered all of our questions. We were treated with the greatest respect and did not experience the "high pressure tactics" that are too often the case when dealing with car dealerships. From the sales staff , the finance person, to the insurance rep, we were treated in the most excellent fashion. We would not hesitate to purchase again from Jim Pattison Toyota in Victoria.

  Just purchased a 2018 Highlander from this dealership last weekend. 5 star service was received from Finance Manager, Murray. Nick in sales also patiently took his time walking me through all the new features of my vehicle. All in, the entire experience exceeded my high expectations and these gents made the entire process quite enjoyable. Thank you both -highly recommended!!
