  Very happy with the service here. Unfortunately needed a rental after a car accident - National was able to help me the same day and bill my insurance directly. We got a great car to drive for the week, and the manager really went above and beyond for us. I've generally always used Enterprise, but they let me down here and I'm glad National was around. Would definitely recommend family and friends to use this location when they come to town.

  Drove vehicle round trip to Chemanius, returned vehicle Which I enjoyed driving, so the weather was rain the vehicle windshield outside of where wiper cleaned off was completely muddy you could not see thru it, so this young comes out does his inspection, rubs off a piece space the size of a strawberry and says damaged window, the glass had a. Small chip in it the size of a ball point pen, immediately I realized this was a customer rip-off, this inspection would not have been possible with the dirt on the windshield. This guy new exactly what he was doing. Do not rent from these guys National Car and Truck Rental on Douglass,

  Great place to rent a truck from. The vehical was clean and worked well. The only reason for less then 4 stars was that it took too long to do the paperwork even though I had reserved a week earlier.
