  From the second I walked in the door, they were very pleasant and professional people. I had a class A motorhome that was broken down, and it was initially repaired at another place that did a poor quality job. The folks at Alpine looked at all the previous "repairs" and found that several incorrect parts were installed and they did a thorough job with installing the proper parts. While my RV was in the shop, they gave me a courtesy car. They did an excellent job with getting me back on the road with my RV as fast as they could. They even called a couple days later to make sure that everything was running!

  Came in thinking I had a transmission problem. Owner and I took my jeep liberty for a test drive. He believed it was just needing a tuneup. They checked plugs and found they were dirty and one was mis- gapped. replaced plugs and what do you know, it ran fine after that. Saved me thousands. Will be back if needed and am telling friends.

  Great place that has one my whole family’s business. Have been going there for years without a problem. Never felt over charged, and have even had mechanics talk me through steps to try at home before hiving to bring my vehicle in. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a shop.

They are knowledgeable, their technicians top notch, their rates are competitive and their customer service really is second to none.   Mid October 2017, I came to Alpine Auto Repair and Tirecraft because I had a set of Michelin Defender M&S tire's that just wouldn't stay balanced. When the owner Dale heard my plight he listened, then took my truck for a test drive to feel for himself what I felt. Once back at the shop the tire man (Kevin) was put to work each tire was spun first to see what each tire was doing then they commenced rotating the tires on the rims until the best possible combination of tread alignment and low weight was reached. This was not a fast job, this was detailed and precise, each and every one of the tires was checked, rotated, rechecked, again and again until finally balanced with the least weight possible. If there ever was a perfectionist when it comes to tires, its definitely Dale. I appreciate the effort they put in, the staff that I dealt with were all excellent people with customer service & satisfaction at their forefront. As I told Dale that day, I will be back (Likely to buy new tires...) because he and his staffs efforts were not lost on me.
