    I'm so impressed with the work of Terry. Not only did he do a top notch job, but he was so mindful and kind. I had to wait longer than anticipated for my ride this morning and asked to wait inside at the office. He noticed I had been waiting a bit, stopped what he was doing and ran and grabbed me a chair. It's these small acts of service that go miles. He made me feel welcomed and that to me is amazing customer service.
