  I walked away and she kept screaming she was the manager...so I guess I was screwed or something. I turned around after almost leaving to get her name if she was "the manager" then she called the police because I was refusing to leave. At no time was I asked to leave or was I making aggressive gestures at all. I was fifty feet away as the store is quite large. Horrible horrible customer service by the "manager" Lana...short hair, glasses, Roman numeral tattoo. Big attitude.

  Good selection. Helpful staff. Also nobody rushed you out of change rooms which is a plus.

  Wow! So the nice sales person was trying to explain to me how the sale worked and the "manager" Lana came over quite aggressively and said "what's the problem here!" And then grabbed the receipt and forcefully told me, not explained, how the sale worked. I said "which makes it confusing for the consumer"

  Then I told her that she didn't need to be rude and that the sales person was nice and that she was being a dink for no reason at all. Then she just went off. So crazy. I have never been treated like that in any store none alone a Gap.
