  For "heavy-set" folks like myself, for years our only option for buying amazing clothing has been Big N' Tall, now known as George Richards Big & Tall Menswear...a huge part of their success (besides fantastic clothing options) has been the way their staff treat their customers, without bias and prejudice and with complete respect. The very best at creating this warm and inviting environment is Jennifer Stevens, the Manager of the Langford (Victoria) George Richards. She epitomizes the best of customer service and most importantly, you never feel big or tall when dealing with her. Thanks Jennifer.

  Sales people constantly chased us down kept asking questions, we kept saying we are just browsing and really did not want interaction with sales people. Felt almost harassed.

  I have dealt with George Richards Langford for several years now and have always been satisfied with my shopping experience. When I look in my closet most of my wardrobe has been purchased from this store. Jennifer, Dave and the rest of the staff always go the extra mile to ensure total customer satisfaction. I am a repeat customer and there is a reason why !!!

  Sales staff and service, along with selection was very good. Alteration to items purchased turned out to be a bit of a problem, and I had to return several times to get it right. But in the end, George Richards staff and Manager resolved all issues to my satisfaction. I will definitely return and have asked family members to gift shop for me as well.
