  Bought this back pack while visiting Victoria August 27, 2017 for back to school. After only 4 weeks, the cup holder started fraying. First photo was October 11th and by November ending, both cup holders could no longer hold my daughter's drink cups. I called the store today December 8, 2017 and was told to take the backpack to any Tommy Store in my area and see what they can do for me. What a poor service from a company that prides itself on good quality products. The first store I called didn't have the backpack anymore so basically what I was told is nothing they could do. Just a waste of $30 plus spent on this backpack, I will NOT recommend it!!!!!
