  Dr Pite and the whole team at Oak Bay Dental Clinic are so friendly and welcoming. The receptionist greets you by name as you walk in, and there is relaxing music playing in the background. The staff are all professional and helpful, making going to the dentist a much more pleasant experience than it sometimes can be! I have occasionally had to cancel an appointment, but have always managed to be squeezed in last minute due to somebody else's cancellation. Highly recommended.

  I am impressed each and every time I have any hygiene or dental work performed by Dr Pite's team. Friendly, competent staff who go out of their way to ensure you are comfortable and well looked after. When more than hygienic work was performed, a call from Dr Pite always followed to ensure everything was fine. Given my experiences here, I see why they've become so busy they book 6 months in advance. Nothing but good stuff to say about Adam and his team.

  I hesitate to give them high praise because once you go there you will never go anywhere else. In that case I may not be able to get in. I have been to many dentists and that office it the best and well worth any possible wait. The staff is excellent and always concerned with patient comfort. The staff even laughs at my puns. "Why to people hate root canals? Because they are so unnerving."

  Recently I found a 5-STAR dentistry with Dr. Adam Pite and his team. To my great relief and surprise, I'm enjoying going to the dentist now. I noticed the exceptional kindness, gentleness, expertise, and professionalism of this wonderful team, immediately on my first visit. The follow-up visit was the same, not to mention all the personal emails and phone calls in-between. Patients are given over-the-top, rather "Red Carpet" service with a smile. WOW! I'm so thrilled to have found this "GEM" along Oak Bay Avenue. You are absolutely in great hand with this "DREAM TEAM"! A beautiful and pain-free smile can confidently now become a reality! I can't wait to get mine :) !

  I've been to the Oak Bay Clinic about a dozen times over the last few years and I wish that I'd met Adam and his crew sooner. Most of my visits are for hygienist purposes with Jamie. Adam, Jamie and all the Oak Bay staff are good, friendly and interesting plus their work is pain-free. I highly recommend them to others; I'll be back! GTB
