  Dr. Panwar + Margie are the dream team! :) She is the best dentist I've ever had and the entire team from admin to assistants are fantastic as well. Very grateful for their kindness and patience.

  I followed Dr Zybutz and Dana at the front desk from another practice. I just love Dr Zybutz. She is by far the best dentist I have ever had. Today I was in for a 2 hour appt. She had me so relaxed I dozed of for a few minutes. I'm so glad she was upfront when she left the last place and let me know where she was headed. Today I met Kala as well she was awesome....keep this staff. I will only follow them if they leave!!

  I did not have a great experience the first time in September due to literally waiting in the dental patient chair for 25 minutes AND being charged a little more than I was told after confirming over the phone and in person briefly upon arrival but followed through with my second appointment to give them another chance today. Here I was AGAIN, waiting in the dental patient chair for literally 20 minutes before the dentist came in. The dentist explained there was an emergency which is understandable, but when I mentioned this is the second time out of the two times I've been there that this has happened, there was no apology or effort made to express value for my time. As a customer my time is extremely valuable and I will find a dental office that respects this. I will not be back and I strongly do not recommend going here. I am now hearing that I'm not the only one that this has happened to. There has been quite a few.

  The staff are very kind when I get anxious about the freezing. They adapt to what I need in the moment.

  I am always greeted warmly, my comfort level is monitored throughout my appointments and so far I am very happy with my treatments. A pleasure as always Parkway Dental!
