  He has gone above and beyond in customer service, and the day of extractions was a breeze. During this process, which is still ongoing, I have had to go in for adjustments and he always accommodates my schedule even if it means going back in after his day is done.

  This place was amazing! My retainer wire popped out while I was on vacation in Victoria. I looked them up and they were the best rated for food reason. They did an amazing job and their repair fee was VERY reasonable which is amazing considering it wasn't even their wire. I had the retainer installed in another province. You are a FOOL if you go somewhere else! Go here, get great hospitality and great work done.

  He told me during my consultation that he was trying to change the way people feel about going to the dentist and he has changed mine completely. No more anxiety attacks about going to the dentist. I wish they had a higher rating system here, he should get 10 out of 5 stars!

  Today I needed an emergency dentist appointment and Smile Esthetics was more than helpful! They got me an appointment with Dr. Francis within 2 hours of me calling! Everyone was so nice at Smile Esthetics and they made me feel so comfortable! I am more than happy with my experience at their office and I would Highly recommend this dental office to everyone!! Thank you to Dr. Francis and his team for everything today! I can now go away on Christmas holidays stress free!

  Instead, I walk into an office where everyone is warm and friendly, you don't sit and wait for half an hour past your appt., and then another in a room, and a dentist who instead of lecturing me about all the reasons it's my fault that my teeth are falling out of my head, instead tells me the different options I have, how we can go about them and how we can easily deal with my fears.

  I had a great experience at this place. The atmosphere of the place is so good, and I was very pleased with how things is done and organized. I need to specially thanks to my hygienist Erin for her thoughtfulness and gentleness. It's a great place with great service.
