  Capital Iron is always a great place to shop. Lots of unusual items. Staff are always very helpful and pleasant. Jarrod in the Christmas shop solved a light problem we had in 2 minutes. Thanks again Jarrod.

  Eclectic hardware store. Good selection of kitchen items. A little less made in North America items than I would like to see. Huge collection of barbeques in the basement. Bought Paderno pan, baking stone and kitchen storage items all at decent price. Has camping, fishing and small marine section.

  Bought a smoker from the store, went in to order a thermal blanket for the smoker. I was told I would have to leave a deposit because it was special order, no problem, deposit paid. I get a call from store saying that I should have paid for the entire amount of item and they will not order the item until I come back and pay in full, and that somehow I was never told that I would have to only pay a deposit, I must have made that part up in my mind, and that the manager had the employee who helped me right beside him and he never said that to me. I live at least a 30 min drive each way from the store. The item is $60, I have paid for 1/3 it, I would have easily paid the whole amount if I was told I had to. Whoever I spoke with on the phone was super rude. I will come back just to get my deposit, but you have lost a customer for life..

  I know this place is really popular and maybe that's what I don't like about it. It is rabid commercialism wrapped up and over-priced. It just makes my skin crawl.

  I love this store. Theyve always got a bit of everything. Great helpful staff.
