  Home sense your customer service is so impoverished it's as though your employees make $2 per hour. !!! I ask them to "hold my stuff" while I contact visa because their machines keep declining my card. Turns out my card is FINE. and meanwhile, they SELL the rug I was going to buy for my baby girl's room TO SOMEONE ELSE who sees it "on hold" in full advertised display behind the counter.!!! Then the girl, Victoria, feeds me some lame story about how "nobody ever comes back to get their stuff". It's YOUR machines that keep declining cards, RBC, TD, coast capital it doesn't matter, GET IT FIXED HOW BOUT?!?!??

  Sometimes they have some pretty good scores, Love the (healthier) snack options too.

  Homesense is Marshalls/Winners with a different name and slightly different product lineup. I do think that the local Homesense has a better selection for the home with the absence of clothing. They do have far more home design frames , mirrors art works. As well as a better Kitchen area.

  I found a mirror here are once which was nice and quite a good price I thought. Other than that I have not really found anything. The place is jammed with household goods that seem to be quite pricey at least to me and many seem very useless. If you are the type of person that likes to stuff your house full of knick knacks and give weird presents of the hostess variety then this place might be for you. There is a loyalty program.

  This is, hands down, my favourite store to shop in for gifts and things for my home. There is a huge, always changing selection, and the prices are , for the most part, fair and reasonable. The staff is friendly and the store is clean.
