  When they have sales the prices are very good. Return policy is good. Selection of TV, cameras, and computers is pretty good. Though accessories are lacking. Notably in the computer department. They have no way to special order anything it seems.

  BS service. They refused to price match from Costco, however my friend got hers price matched plus they threw in 10 dollars for the same item. I WILL NVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. Break your own rules on price matching.

  Easier accessibility than downtown store. The store staff is always friendly and helpful, There is less stock than the larger store but great for miscellaneous items and decent selection of bigger ticket items .

  Been going here for years, back when they were still future shop, to get electronics as it's usually on my way. It's easy to get to and usually not too busy either. Selection is good and on par with what you could find online. So if you don't want to wait for shipping, it's a good choice. Staff have been good and aren't pushy as they aren't commission.
