  Yes, it's 5-10x more expensive than ebay but you get your parts today rather than a month from now, and the staff is very helpful to walk-in retail customers despite commercial supply being their bread and butter.

  Poor service. You ask for advice "I dunno". You ask other questions to pry and you feel like you're inconveniencing them by asking. No prices on any products either. Bought something not being told I'd need a specific tool as well and didn't find out until I opened the package. No product knowledge. I wish there were more electronic component stores in Victoria.

  Dropped in to pick up a raspberry pi 3 for a media centre... They where asking $75 firm for a device worth maybe $50 if you're being generous. They had a sale on project boxes, $1 each witch is quite a good deal so the trip wasn't wasted.

  Great selection of electronic components, staff is very helpful ...just wish things had pricing on them and that you could browse but most parts are out of sight, a 5 minute stop takes 20+ minutes, staff has to check for you is only reason for not giving 5 stars. Also the only source of parts on Vancouver Island
