    Had an aftermarket radio and speakers installed the vehicle was in the shop for 3hrs and they forgot to wire the rear speakers. Honest mistake me thinks. But when I took the vehicle back...and complained the guy handling the job apologized and scheduled me in for another installation. I went back the manager apologized again and had the vehicle in the back for the work to be completed. After a few minutes he let me know the rear speakers are oversized and he would swap them for the right size at no cost. (Great guy) I happened to walk to the rear of the garage where the installation was being performed and I just so happened to see the installation technician throw the door panels of my car on the ground and overheard him tell the manager he was very pissed off for "doing the job again". This was the last time I would ever bring this shop any installation work. Later on the managers sent me a card to apologize and invite me back for more work.

    My husband and I recently purchased a home theatre system. We went to Visions and the sales person Ashley explained all of our options and helped us select the right products. Everything was delivered to the house on time and Mike the installer was phenomenal. He took extra time to show us how everything worked and offered his assistance in the future if we had any questions. We would go back without hesitation.

    These guys are simply the best. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable. If they were unsure of something they would go out of their way to provide you with a solution. Visions offers price matching with a 15% lower price. Between that and them being 100% Canadian it's the obvious place of choice to shop for all of my electronics!

    But no respect for customer property and poor professional attitude by technician hence 2 Stars. Could have been 1star.. if the manager had not intervened with speakers replacement and apology cards. Both good gestures. But damage was already done.

    Great experience getting our new TV. Dan was very helpful, provided tons of information but was not pushy at all. Made sure we got exactly the right system for us at a fantastic price. Love our new TV and would absolutely buy from Visions again - especially Dan!

    Be careful of the warranties you buy. You could be waiting for months for any results. You can only return it and receive a replacement in 30 days. Mine broke down on day 31.After that IF you bought a warranty Visions doesn't deal with it. Sending the defective piece for repairs can take months. I bought the 4 years and drove with a hole in dash for over two months waiting for them to return my car deck. The only way I finally got my deck back was countless phonecalls of screaming where is my deck! They wouldn't even give me a deck to use or exchange. Brutal...they could have helped me out a little more than the pathetic service they provided after I payed $1400 for the car stereo. The only reason I put 2 stars in was for Tanner an employee who actually returned my phone calls and got in touch with the right people to get my stereo back
