    Daisy Chain Florist is without a doubt they best florist in Victoria. Miria knows her stuff. I love to order flowers from her and tell her about the person I am sending them to and let her have free range on what she sends to them. Clients and friends have always thanked me and told me that they were the nicest flowers they have ever received.

    My mother recently ordered a bouquet for me, as a congratulations for passing a difficult course at work. When the bouquet arrived, it was made up of Gerber daisies, lilies, and roses. The lilies fell off the stem before opening. Gerber daisies, in my experience, usually come with a sleeve to reinforce the stem. These ones did not, and half of the stems were broken so the flowers died immediately. The card was filled out in such a rush that the ink was smudged and it was illegible.

    Miria from Daisy Chains Florist was an absolute professional when I ordered flowers back during Valentines day. I happened to to be at work and wanted the flowers delivered to my wife at home as a surprise. My wife left the house before the flowers were delivered, but Daisy Chain Florist delivery team managed to track me down at work to deliver it to me in time to get it to my wife. And did I mention the flowers were awesome?

    My mother paid $50 for this bouquet, and it was nowhere near the quality you should expect for that price. She phoned to complain and the only response she got was "I'm sorry you feel that way."

    Terrible product. Terrible service. I understand that at this time of year, mid December, it can be difficult to source fresh, local flowers. This company had the opportunity to address the issue when my mother called and instead chose to dismiss her, rather rudely. We will not be buying from Daisy Chain again.

    If I could give a negative feedback I would... I gave specific instructions on when to deliver and to call before hand.... I took an afternoon off of work to accomodate the delivery, as it had to be delivered after hours otherwise. They never showed nor called to tell me until the next day. The flowers arrangement looked like they've been sitting in wal-marts buckets for days, as peddles have started fallen off after the first day. I won't go back to this company, and strongly discourage anybody as well. I strongly recommended getting better customer service.
