  Staff did not listen well to what we wanted. Despite that we placed an order (admittedly we are not great with high pressure sales), we regretted it and tried to cancel it the next day as the item was expensive and not entirely what we wanted. Despite the item having not been ordered and the online site saying you had 48 hours to cancel they would not refund our money. The best they would do is cancel the item and give store credit. Store credit is useless especially when you are on a moderate income and would prefer not to ever have to deal with that store or the people again. Not only will I not shop here again after our next transaction is through but I still actively steer my friends and family elsewhere to places where we have had excellent service in the past. Luckily, Victoria has no shortage of furniture stores.

  The day we walked in to look a dining buffets, the salesman was busy so not a lot of time spent with us. However, when we came back 2 days later, he was very helpful and provided lots of information. Hence, we went home and measured for the set. 4 days later we were back to purchase the buffet, table, chairs and bench. Ed was excellent and I would recommend him to others.

  Amazing service. I went in for a mattress and my sales person Ed gave me lots of helpful insight and information and then gave me lots of time to run around and try different mattresses. The manager John, who was very knowledgeable about every different types of mattresses gave me excellent advice which really helped me out. Thank you for taking the time to help me decide.
