  Being in the customer service industry, Jonathon was exceptional! He really listened to us and got a good idea of what we were looking for. He was patient and very knowledgeable. We were thrilled with our purchases. We covered kitchen, living room, dining room, den, bedroom. We will most definately be back and will pass on our awesome experience to all our friends.

  We had a good shopping experience here. Sales personnel did not follow us around like in other stores and once we made our selection, the shipping folks were able to retrieve our item (sectional) and wrap it up for us to take away the same day. Same-day product availability is not possible at many of the other furniture stores. The sectional seems to be well made and we didn't feel pressured to buy the extended warranty. All of the above combined with the sale price we paid makes it a 5- star experience.

  I’m going out of my way telling everyone I know not to buy furniture from here. Cheap quality and the customer service is horrendous. Unorganized and the staff just make excuses for how bad they are instead of owning up to it.

  We bought and paid for one (as well as other things) on Nov.25, with the understanding it would be delivered on Dec.1. We were unable to meet the truck at that time. When we went to the home later we were shocked to see that the couch was NOT the one we bought.
