  Gilly does the carpets at my office and they always come out clean and looking great. He even manages to make the high traffic areas look like the rest of the carpet. His flexible hours and weekends means I can get my clinic cleaned after everyone leaves and it's ready for the next day!

Here are the highlights of my experience with this company on 25-Jan-2018: immediate response, no-pressure estimate, felt listened to and cared about, customer service extrodinnaire, fair price, very knowledgeable and it's obvious he's been doing this type of work for a long time, he took time to educate me when I asked a lot of questions, extremely happy with the final result.

  I have tried a number of carpet cleaners for my Human and Dog high traffic areas in my house. It always seemed like the bigger companies had the best deals but when they finished the job in less than 20 mins and didn't bother moving any stationary objects, I realized I would have to hire someone in the near future anyways. I was spending more money in the long run.

  I thought I would have to have all of our carpets replaced both upstairs and down, but now they have lots of life left in them; I can hardly believe the difference. I had some "problem areas" in my carpets, and Gilbert fixed what he could and recommended other carpet repair specialists for what he couldn't do. If I wasn't moving away from Colwood, Gilbert would have me as a customer for life.
