  Great sales staff friendly ( Elizabeth) and very professional and patient. Delivery was today right at the time quoted by staff. The delivery guys were very professional and courteous.

  All I can say is La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries does not carry the standard of furniture they used to and DO NOT PURCHASE, EVEN WITH THE WARRANTY. It is buyer beware, as when you have handed over the money, they are done with you.

  within 6 months we were having trouble with the quality of the leather. Their repair man came out and replaced some parts. within the year they had to come out again and replace more of the leather.

  We shopped at Lazy-boy because we wanted a chair that would last, La-Z-Boy Furniture had always had a good reputation. We purchased a Love seat double recliner as well as 3 rocker recliners and, just in case, purchased the extra 10 year warranty.
