  My boyfriend and I are getting our first place together and we wanted to get a new couch. We were very excited and spent all day going place to place looking. Our last stop was Leon's. The moment we walked in we were greeted by Elaine, she was very friendly and helpful! She offered us a hand but we declined as we wanted to look around first. Then we found the perfect couch! We waived her over and she quickly came to our assistance and answered all of our questions. We then decided that we wanted to get a coffee table as well. We told her exactly what we were looking for and she showed us around the store showing us different options, then we found the right one! She was efficient and knowledgeable. We weren't moving for another 6 weeks and they held our items and delivered it. She then let us know about the 60 day policy; if it goes on sale after we purchase it, we will receive the difference. About a month later I noticed that both items went on sale, I phoned them up and without hesitation they credited back my Visa over $300!!! They even followed up to let me know when the credit went through. We were more then impressed and by far the best experience furniture shopping we've ever had!

  I am so frustrated, that I have recently listed my one month old power recliner on Used Victoria for half of what I paid for it, just to dispose of the memory of my shopping experience with Leon's.

  Deciding to pick up the chair myself rather than pay close to a $145 delivery charge I read the small print in my purchase agreement that stated that if I did not pick up the recliner within 48 hours after the purchase, I would lose my deposit. (I paid for the chair in full)

  We went in looking for a new coffee table and bedroom set. Jenna helped us right away and was amazing! I had a LOT of questions and took forever to decide. She was patient and so helpful the whole time. If we need furniture again, I'll definitely be giving her a call.

  Had an amazing experience after being let down by a local furniture store. Our couch and chair arrived ahead of promised date and upon inspection Leons found a tear in the dust cover underneath (easy fix for me) and the instantly gave us a monetary discount. Sales people were no pressure and a pleasure to deal with. While waiting to pick up our couch and chair, we scored an amazing deal on two table lamps only to find out they were $30 cheaper when at the payment desk. We will be going back for more deals in the future.

  I recently purchased a recliner from Leon's and in less than one month it started coming apart. Finally after repeated calls regarding the issue, the warranty department has just informed me that I need to take pictures of the flaws and they will discuss any repair or replace options with the manufacturer.

  The services is so terrible. I bought a king size bed and when the bed delivered the frame foot board was damaged. I contact with the consumer service and they tell me they will give me a phone call or email me later... em...and they never call me to solve the problem...i already wait for 2month for the solution but every time when I call them, the manager Sharon never in the store. If you want to buy something in Leon’s the sales will have a good service but after you pay the money, don’t expect for any after sale service although you receive a damaged item. This experience will be the last time shopping at Leon’s.

  Prior to purchasing I recommend asking about Leon's delivery charges. I was quoted $129.00 + tax for one item.
