  If you need great furniture to properly support a back than this is a great stop, service is fairly good although they can be quite pricey. This type of equipment can always be a little pricey but they go overboard in this location and don't offer large purchase discounts or a disability discount as the one in Burnaby did. Check the web and search pricing before making a purchase

  Hello Astrid and Erin. I was thinking of the people who have made the greatest difference in my life when it comes to healing my body and I thought you should know your at the top of the list. Thank you for bringing to the island the equipment to help me maintain. The medical experts that have tried to help don’t even come close to what your products have done for me.

  The service is helpful, but don't buy the body pillow made exclusively for the Relax the Back store. It is made of a synthetic holifill down product, and it comes folded up in a plastic carry bag. When you take it out of the bag, there will be some creases in the pillow as a result of it being folded up and packed away. The problem is that because it's not real down, the material basically severs at the creases - the pillow loses it's shape integrity. I've tried sleeping with it for a few nights, but the "cuts" in the pillow-fill occur exactly where I most need the support. I spent about $150 on this product because I have terrible back pain. It's not doing its job, so I'm not happy with it - 1 star.
