  Very good at taking your money, very bad at delivering on 'satisfaction guarantee which if you read the small print does not apply to furniture or appliances!' I spent 500 dollars on an extended warranty for new Samsung fridge. The shelves over 16 months have cracked and fallen off - I have duck tape holding them together. When I called - I was told 'shelves are cosmetic and not covered under warranty(!!!!). Shelves are a functional requirement of fridges to work!! Unreal, no accountability for selling bad products - at all. horrible company.

  We chose some expensive furniture, hoping for good quality. 4 months after we bought it, the cushions were saggy and you could feel all the wood. These are the worst couches I have ever purchased. Will never shop there again!

  We've bought a few things here in the past and everytime we go there the people working the floor wouldn't leave us alone. Even when you tell them you're just looking they follow you and continually ask you if you need help and its really uncomfortable. Seriously take a hint.

  When they have sales the prices are usually pretty decent and thats usually the only time we visit this store because the prices are fairly high.

  Terrible experience. The sales lady didn’t seem to know anything about the product she was selling us. We had to go back because she messed up on the total of our bill.

  Ask for Tony Zanon. We've made several large purchases lately. Tony is by far, one of the most knowledgeable salesmen I've dealt with in a very long time. I have no problem with commission sales when the sales person can demonstrate their value to the process. Tony is that salesman! When we go back, we seek him out.

  DO NOT DEAL WITB SUNNY! Worst experience of my life. Kept giving wrong information and messed up a bunch of paper work. Then tried to tell me I still had an outstanding balance when my acxount was paid in full the day of purchase.
