    Awesome gym. Tons of equipment, friendly staff and nobody has any bad attitudes. Maybe a little dark inside but I actually like that. Great place to go if you are into weight lifting. They have classes as well but this seems to be the type of gym where most people go to enjoy pumping iron. I love it!!!

    Fantastic gym. It was very important I found a gym when I moved to Victoria that was open 24 hours. I had the pleasure of testing out BDHQ24 while I was here searching for a new house a promptly signed up for a membership. I can tell you that the premises are awesome, equipment is great, the members are friendly ranging from physique competitors to first time gym goers. The owners get to know you and your name as you are not just a number to them. They are invested in you.

    We've trained at bdhq for just over a year. Love that we can go at 0500hrs before work. Although it's relatively small, there's everything you need for whatever workout you're doing that day.

    Fantastic gym with all the proper equipment you need. I love the friendly vibe of the staff and the tribe that works out here. Highly recommend this gym as your home away from home :)
