    Membership includes admission to Cedar Hill Rec Centre and Art Centre, Gordon Head Pool & Gym and GR Pearkes Skating & Gym Facilities.

    Busy, crowded, absent minded staff and dirty facilities..so that kinda sucked, (minus two stars)

    There are many fitness and stretching classes with good instructors. Check website.

    The complex is close to the highway at Royal Oak so it is easy to access by car and it is also on the bus route.

    A very good library and cafeteria are in the building.

    Excellent friendly family oriented recreation facility. Lots of free parking. Elevators are present in the building.

    There is a leisure wave pool with a water fall and water jets cascading into the swim area. The temperature is at 87 degrees.

    The temperature of the 50 metre pool is 78 degrees suitable for swim training and sports.

    There is a small, shallow pool for small children and adults. The temperature is at 98 degrees.

    There are a wonderful series of pools, a 50 metre pool used for competitive sports events and by athletes for training purposes so check schedule for availability.

    Facility is great. Here all the time for swim meets. Food services is mediocre

    Pool facilities also include a large water slide, a jacuzzi, a sauna and steam room.

    There is a great gym with good equipment that overlooks the pool area for entertainment while doing aerobic exercise.

    The other 50 metre pool is separated by a barrier into a Diving pool and a 25 meter swimming pool that is 1.2 metres deep. The temperature of these pools is 87 degrees suitable for leisure swimming and swim classes.
