  If there was a lower rating is give it....After being an active member for over a year without issue I cancelled my membership today due to the new manager disclosing a supposed "corporate rule" of not being allowed to carry a gym bag with me while training as it was a tripping hazard. Prior to this no one has ever approached me to mention this "rule" which includes the GM who I see on a regular basis. After explaining that my bag being tucked either next to or under a bench is no more of a tripping hazard than the equipment strewn across the floor, trainers leaving their clipboards and water bottles etc in walking paths I was basically told that if I didn't agree with the rule then I "could part ways" with the gym. Believe it or not, there's other gyms in the city so that's not exactly the best customer service for a place that claims to be "the best".

  3. Too busy unless it is 6am. Good luck getting a workout in. It is elbow to elbow with people socializing and taking selfies. 90% members are not there to workout.

  Last week, I received a 14 day free trial pass. I knew the first day I worked out there. I needed to sign up. A great atmosphere The staff is super friendly and helpful. Hopefully you could bring in more free weights. It's the only thing I usually have to weight for. But that's okay I understand. Keep on inspiriting. thank you :)

  Everyone has different motivations to go to the gym, I go because of group fitness, but they always cancelled all the classes I like on every long weekend!! Not everyone goes away on holidays, maybe that's the only time they can come to the classes! I went to the management to ask for the reason why they always cancelled all the classes, she tried to tell me there are not enough members or instructors to do it, (which was a total lie, I knew the instructors, they would love to teach the class, but they just get a notice to cancel!!) there is nothing she can do, and then she tells me I should try other things!! Terrible customer service, very argumentative and not helpful! You should at least try to mention to the head office or just simply collect my complaint and see if there are enough members address the same issue, so you can do something about it!!

  The gym has nice equipment but it's fairly busy. For some reason this gym is incredibly hot and feels like they have turned the air conditioning off :( . The manager stated they keep the gym at 19 Degrees Celsius which is pretty warm for a gym

  1. When I bought the gym membership I was clear that I would need to get ready for work at the gym and at what time. Well... I am lucky to get mirror space without a fist fight. When I said something I was told that the gym is an 'Express Club' and is not designed for people to get ready at by the very person who sold me my membership.
