    Home Depot carries the wire shelving system but they said their cutter has been away for repairs for over a month with no eta for when it will be back in the store so I'm thinking I'll shop somewhere else for my renovation project.

    What a disgrace. From now on I will visit Lowe’s, their prices are far better anyways and their service is light years ahead of Home Depot.

    Great customer service today from Janice, Eric and Barb. Had a difficult order that they were able to quickly sort out. Very happy with the service and knowledge of the people that work here.

    The few other cleaning tools I needed for my new place took me to their cleaning section that seemed to be mostly bare with a lot of items showing they were out of stock. On the plus side, the cashier was sweet & friendly. I don't use automated cashier because I prefer to support jobs.

    Like all Home Depot stores, this store is HUGE! So it stands to reason that they will have something at least close to what you need. But good luck finding it. I took this picture of the park bench in the store because it seemed kind of funny. Pack a lunch an plan to get lost when you're here because you sure won't get help from the staff. I tried talking through an idea for closet organizing system with a staff person in that area and the guy just grumbled and, I kid you not, told me my idea was "just weird." And then he walked away!!! My jaw dropped. I've built cabinets & reproduction Canadiana furniture so I doubt my idea absolutely wouldn't fly.

    An order for a Maytag Dishwasher was placed through the Saskatoon location on November 15th. Unfortunately, the store clerk wrote down the wrong address. Thirteen (13) calls later and they have not been able to correct the shipping address. One of the Project Home Delivery informed me that it takes three Managers to sign off on making a change in the system. The Delivery Team has so far delivered 2 broken dishwashers to my house. The first week when a delivery was expected the Delivery Team attempted to deliver to the wrong address even though it was changed with the support team who called the day before. Half way through the delivery window I called to see if there was an issue and when to expect a delivery. There is a 4 - 5 hour delivery window, which means you lose most of a day with this outfit. I was informed by the support team that since I was again correcting them with an address update they did not get into their system on the first two phone calls that the delivery would have to be rescheduled for the following week. The delivery arrived with a broken dishwasher. Fortunately the installer picked up on that within 48 hours of delivery as Maytag will not take send out a replacement unless it is caught within the 48 hours of delivery window. I did not cancel the installer from the week before so it was fortunate that the Home Depot sent installer and shipment arrived on the same day. I received the second dishwasher, the installer came a week later. I inspected it and it seemed fine. The installer came a week later and flipped the dishwasher on its back and found a damaged frame. Maytag did not take this one back, Home Depot had to take it back and there was a lot of pushback because I was informed they are a display only facility and they do not really have anywhere to put it. The third dishwasher was being set up for delivery from Home Depot on Millstream. I asked the Store Manager to insure that there was an installer on the same day as delivery, but he informed me that he could not do that because his store could not guarantee that I would have a dishwasher on the day the delivery was scheduled and that the earliest sn installer could be scheduled was 2 days after delivery...obviously outside of Maytag's return window. The third dishwasher has arrived, however the support team temporarily lost my payment of installation so initially could not set up the installer. I informed them that the installer had been out twice to inform me that the previous two dishwashers had arrived too damaged to install. She called back later after sifting through my account and finally finding the payment and order for the installer and booked the installer. I got a call for a fourth dishwasher that Home Depot tried to deliver, which was not ordered. I called the support center to advise that no fourth dishwasher had been ordered and I only have space in my living room for one uninstalled dishwasher. I cancelled delivery with the support center, the next day the delivery driver called because he could not find the wrong address they were still trying to delivery to. I refused delivery with the driver. It is 3 months and a week, more than a quarter of a year, since the original order and I still have not received a functional dishwasher installed in my kitchen. My mother who sent this out as a present has been receiving calls now because after 3 months they want money, yet after 3 months could not deliver an intact and installed dishwasher to my Condo. The agreement with the Manager in Saskatoon, where she lives is that payment will be made once the unit is installed and working in my Ccndo.

    The installation services doesn't deserve even 1 star! Ordered doors and windows in September and we are STILL waiting for someone to install them. The run around and lies that we've had to endure is beyond ridiculous. We were told to expect the installation to occur the 2nd week of December..so we waited and waited and waited some more as if we had nothing better to do with our day off only to get a phone call after the expected arrival time stating that no one was coming. I'll spare you all the other details. Home Depot...YOU SUCK! I wish we had worked with a contractor instead!

    Management should be ashamed of themselves. BEWARE DO NOT SHOP HERE. I purchased an item off a large end display that was clearly on sale for 50% off. The cashier charged full price, I noticed immediately after payment, but prior to leaving the store. After standing in line and pointing this out to same cashier, I was sent to wait another 15 minutes behind other disgruntled customers at customer service counter. Finally after resistance and excuses, they refunded my $45.00. If you are gullible enough to think this kind of rip off scheme won’t happen to you, then you had better check each and every item you pay for carefully, because MANAGEMENT HAS ABSOLUTELY NO REGARD FOR HONEST PRICING POLICY. If you don’t check for yourself, they WILL HAPPILY RIP YOU OFF, because management only cares about extracting maximum dollars from your wallet. Then when you call them on it, you have the privilege of lining up like CATTLE, TO PLEAD YOUR CASE.
