  I did a renovation last year and my contractor recommended that I deal with Victoria Speciality Hardware. I had never done a renovation before and it was a bit overwhelming. The staff at Victoria Speciality were exceptionally helpful. They offered me many suggestions and made everything so simple and clear. They even gave me a deal on a kitchen faucet that was in stock. I was very pleased, it was a positive experience and would recommend this store to anyone looking to do any size of project. Good location, easy to park, friendly staff and the displays are nicely laid out.

  Went to bat for us when we had some faucet issues and got us a replacement faucet even after the warranty was expired. Thanks for having such a great sense of humour and a great store.

  Everyone at the store was so helpful during our large renovation and we’ve continued to go back for small items. The staff and owners were very knowledgeable, friendly and warm. They did a wonderful job keep on top of our orders. The product selection available there is endless but we love the ones we chose that were right for our look and our budget. Their new showroom has a great lay out where you can see more details and more product. I was very impressed with their service, product and did not feel pressured at all. Couldn’t ask for more than that!

  Had an argument about a product with them that I had bought there that quickly fell apart. Strangely all I got was attitude, and an implication that I had broken it rather than the piece having broken. Not what I expected for such an expensive place.

  The store is beautifully laid out and features a wide range of products. The staff were very friendly and I even met the lovely couple who own the store. One of the owners was delightful and charming who was originally from Toronto and we talked about where we grew up and how it is difficult to find specialty hardware items in Toronto which are not the run of the mill stock usually found at the big outlets. I will visit this store every time I visit my sister and would recommend it to anyone.

  I was visiting Victoria last month and went shopping with my sister for some bathroom fixtures. We went to this store and not only did she find what she wanted but I found an exquisite towel warmer for our condo in Toronto. Exactly what I wanted as a birthday present for my husband.
