  The staff are very well put together, and eager to share their experience and honest opinions with you about their products. Very helpful. HOWEVER, that horrible top 40 music blasting throughout the store could be toned down a little.

  Someone wrote a review naming an issue of staff being "selective" in who they help and I'm thinking this hits the nail on the head. Aside from the year Sephora opened at Mayfair, subsequent visits have been horrible.

  I have never had a bad experience with the staff at this location. They are all helpful and I have never had to wait long for help even though this location is always quite busy. The staff are not on commission and therefore I tend to think that their advice might be a little less biased than at some other places. There's a huge selection of brands for both makeup and skincare. They also have some skin care and shaving products for men. They have perfume for both men and women as well as hair products. Beauty Insider Program is worth joining if you shop here at all as it gives you points that you can use towards deluxe samples and gives you a nice gift on your birthday every year.

  Gracie is an absolute icon. Not only did she shower me in compliments which I love at any point of the day, but she also was informative and helped me find the perfect products. Absolutely deserving of a raise.

  So, unless you are pretty and have make up on, I'm thinking you won't have a good experience at this store. The staff do discriminate. I try to avoid this Sephora as much as possible but it's the only one in Victoria!

  My most recent visit had two greeters at the door whom were watching the door but did not greet me as I walked past; they were too busy talking. I spent 10 minutes actively trying to find help when staff were free but seemingly unavailable when I got close. When I found help, they recommended a fairly expensive item. I asked for a cheaper alternative and the lady gave me "the look" then said something vague and the conversation ended.
