  I didn't ask them to install the plates on my car, or attach the decals to my plates; Yet at the same time I'm very happy I didn't wait as some daft client insisted they should be doing this!?

  My experience with HSM and Vicki Plant has been phenomenal! Super efficient and knowledgeable, she was able to find an oversight from my previous year's insurance and saved me money in the end. When I purchased my truck earlier this year, circumstances had me insuring it through another broker and the entire lackluster experience left me valuing Vicki's expertise even more!
