  Not only did they set me up with a temporary permit (15 days) they were polite and actually listened to the customer and what i needed instead of making me feel like i was wasting their time. When my 2 other vehicles come up due... ill be moving my policies elsewhere. Learn about CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

  Would not recommend going through this company again. Was told that they offer home delivery to renew your insurance but when I asked the receptionist said it wasn't something they offer - so I drove out to their location and the agent I dealt with said that they definitely could have come to my house with the docs instead. Also, when I purchased a new vehicle I tried cancelling my private insurance with them which was like pulling teeth. I was told a refund cheque would be in the mail in 15 days and so far it's been an entire month. I keep calling them and they tell me I will get it soon. Asked to have it delivered and was told they could probably deliver it the next day. No guarantees with this place. Thanks guys for the excellent service.

  Went in looking for temporary insurance (month or less). The agent i spoke with scoffed at me and told me "thats not how it work's, 3 month minimum". Total disrespect and no attempt to understand my needs. I left and went to another agency nearby (sussex).
