  Unfortunately, my wife didn’t catch the full story and purchased the charm from this rep but when I explained what happened my wife returned the charm for a refund.

  My wife stopped at this store at the Bay Centre while I was on my phone outside the store dealing with a cell phone problem. My wife was talking with a blonde-haired clerk in her late 40’s or 50’s (didn’t catch her name) as she was looking for a Pandora charm for our daughter. As I was talking on the phone my wife stepped outside the store to get my attention that she had found a charm that she would like to purchase for our daughter and as I turned to enter the store and help decide on the choice I looked at the sales clerk who just glared at me and shook her head condescendingly. I suspected that that was her way of signaling her disapproval of me talking on the phone outside her store but I thought ‘this is the way you treat customers or potential customers’? I wanted nothing to do with her or her store (lots of jewellery stores out there) so I signalled my wife that we should leave and announced to the clerk that I had no desire to do business with a sales rep who disrespects clients like she did.

  One of the lady's came off as kind of snobby and like me and my boyfriend weren't worth her time. The other lady was nice. However, I would not recommend buying any jewelry from Ann Louise or Pandora. They sell over priced, cheap quality jewelry. My boyfriend bought me a ring there and it has broken 3 times! We can't get it fixed again because they are asking for $100 which is 1/3 of the price and that is ridiculous.

  Wonderful staff. Dealt with Val and Lynn to purchase my fiances engagement ring as well as her wedding band. Prices are very reasonable as well!

  My husband and I received great service from Loretta who is knowledgeable and personable. Loretta comes from a long line of professional jewellers and is a credit to Ann Louise.
