  Francis Jewellers made an engagement ring and both of our wedding bands over the past year. The quality and look of them are incomparable. We shopped around a lot and did not receive the same quality of craftsmanship or customer service anywhere else. I will happily recommend them and their staff to anyone.

  I went into francis jewellers hoping to make an appointment to see about designing something with my old jewellery. I was very happy to find that they did have designers there ready to help me right away. The selection of jewellery in the store is like nothing ive seen before and it gave us a great starting point for my design. The end product of my ring is more than I ever imagined. I just love it! Thank you to everyone!

  Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I came in looking for help picking out an engagement ring. The process was very easy and I found the staff very helpful.

  Fantastic service. I have gotten two rings there and have had repairs done on a different ring. I don't live in Victoria will save my purchasing and repairs for when I can come to this store. I will always use this jeweller.

  I was strolling downtown and happened to walk by this jewellery store. A very warm and caring ambience. Most of the jewellery is made on-site and the staff really know what they were talking about. Karen, one of the employees, was so friendly and told me all about the different types of jewellery. She seemed to have so much experience. She was gentle and did not pressure me in any way. The owner was also very sweet. I did not end up purchasing anything the day I walked in, but I leave this review because they have gained my trust. I will be back to purchase from this store in the near future.
