  I had a great pleasure to deal with Kim. The watch I wanted was really hard to find but Kim did her best to help me to buy my first Rolex hassle free. The transaction went really smoothly and eventually I became a lucky GMT owner. Kim is very responsible, attentive to details and helpful. I would highly recommend to deal with this Lugaro Victoria location even if you live on the mainland. 5 stars experience as it should be for a Rolex dealer!!!

  I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Lugaro jewellers on the purchase of a Tag Heuer watch. I can’t emphasize enough how professional the staff at Lugaro treated me. They were pleasant and handled my transaction with complete honesty and integrity. I would not hesitate to deal with them in the future. The new downtown location is spectacular. Five star service.

  Excellent Service. Many places were a little snooty because the engagement ring came from out of town, but Lugaro was incredibly nice, had a great selection of well priced wedding bands, and went the extra mile to ensure it was done well before the wedding. Highly recommended.

  Fantastic service by Marina and Mark at Lugaro. Ignore the bad reviews I had nothing short of a 5 star experience buying my first watch here. I'm not a high roller just middle class looking for a great starter watch and I was treated like royalty throughout the process. I highly recommend you check out Lugaro in Victoria you won't be disappointed.
