  My truck was stolen and recovered. It had been stolen by a drug user and there were used needles, crack pipes, phentanol and other drug paraphernalia in it. It was a toxic site. ICBC called RS Restoration Services to do a 'bio-clean'. When I picked my truck up it was still filthy and stank like a crack house. They didn't clean it. The seats and trays (were the needles were) were still filthy. I can't have my kids in the truck. This is a terrible service and now I have to pay someone else to clean and sterilize it.

  Russ Eison came over and gave me an estimate. I said I would like to go ahead with the job. He said he would have to check the schedule and call me back. He never called me back. I called 5 business days later and the operator told me she would page him immediately. It is now 3 days later and he never called.

  This is a CONTEMPTIBLE way to treat people. If you didn't want the job at least tell me so I can try to find someone else. Don't leave me hanging.
