  My last time at this liquor store, I bought every week there for at least 6 years. My son used to come with me trying to find the most expensive wine ,liquor. Tonight he came with me. The cashier asked to see his ID even if he had nothing in his hand. He is 17, I said to the cashier he was my son and he was with me. The cashier insisted to see his ID. My son went out of the store thinking there is a minimum age to be inside. A second cashier came and explained to me they have the right to asked him his ID. I let my buy right there. Starting now instead to buy after my grocery, I'll buy after work at Vessel on Fort and Oak Bay. I am now a member give me discount on each buy. .

  Horrendous customer service. Product incorrectly priced, scanned for 40% more than the posted price, when pointed out to clerk and then manager, "there's nothing we can do" they say. Well, I hate to break it to you, that's your problem and you're required by the scanner price accuracy code and canadian law to honor the price posted. You just lost a very good customer. Drive to the Hillside LDB store, you'll save money and won't have to deal with mouth-breathers.

  Stop here a couple times a month. Staff are always friendly and make good suggestions, the store has a fun vibe. Selection is good for such a limited space.
