    A must-see for tourists and residents alike! I especially enjoyed the section of the museum dedicated to the First Nation cultures. Lots of cool artifacts that gave insight as to what life was like hundreds of years ago. The exhibit I found the most fascinating was an interactive display of BC that mapped the different language family trees. You could press buttons on the map and hear recordings of greetings spoken by various native groups. For those interested in natural history, the museum also has plenty of beautiful specimens on display.

    We took two daughters, son in law and six grandkids. We had a great time. After our walk around we caught a show. Only thing it wasn't in 3d. But the whole set up was wonderful. Hopefully our next visit we have a little more time to see everything. ;-}

    Here for a few days on vacation I went with my whole family. Everyone aged 3 to 65 loved It! I'm 19 and the human history was like time travel it was amazing! The nature exhibits were so realistic it was too quality totally a must see.

    Its just a great place to wonder and read up on BC's history. The yearly pass means you can pop in and out at will for short periods. My kids love the space and we can just go for half an hour at a time if need be

    Great museum. It's located right in the heart of the city, so it's near a lot of other cool attractions, which is a plus. I think my favorite part was the indigenous peoples exhibits--so many artifacts, and the area on linguistic diversity was of particular interest to me. The natural history section of the museum was also pretty good, although we moved through it relatively fast because we had a ferry to catch.
